Shipping Policy

lssydc promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact.

We use the following modes of transportation: FEDEX, UPS or USPS.
For US orders: Standard shipping rate is 7.99 USD for orders under $70. Free shipping on orders over $70.
All orders will be shipped within 7-15 business days. After dispatch, delivery normally takes 10-20 business days. Please note that shipping time does not include order processing time. Total lead time to receive your parcel = processing time + shipping time, estimated 15–30 working days.
Please ensure you provide a full and accurate delivery address (including house/apartment number). Incomplete addresses will trigger a message from our customer team and may cause shipping delays.
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will get an email notification with your tracking number. If you do not receive the tracking email or the tracking link cannot be used, please contact us and we will resolve this promptly. Delivery Requirements
Please inspect your package immediately on receipt. If items are damaged or missing, contact us within 24 hours and supply supporting evidence.
If you have not received your parcel within 30 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, write to service@lssydc.com with your full name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.

After-sales Service
If goods arrive damaged or parts are missing caused by transit issues, we offer refunds subject to individual case assessment. Please get in touch with our customer support promptly.

Tax information: All prices shown include US sales tax where applicable. No extra sales tax will be added at checkout. We recommend checking the tax summary shown on the checkout page for full details of your order. Should you have questions about sales tax, our support team is ready to help. This tax policy may change following updates to US tax legislation.

Import duties and customs charges: Import duties and customs fees are included in your total order price. Customs authorities of the US are responsible for calculating and assessing applicable import levies. Duties are calculated based on order value and US import thresholds where relevant. If you refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery, you will be liable for all return freight costs. Refunds for rejected shipments will be processed after deducting incurred return charges. Customs clearance delays are outside of our control. You may contact US local customs to check parcel status or enquire about detained goods.
